1. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at email@example.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
If you are not satisfied with our products , you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country in China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.
· Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the original order date.
· Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
· Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.
Exemptions from refunds and exchanges:
Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear (women’s intimates) and swimwear categories.
Out of stock
It is entirely possible that the items become out of stock during the order processing stage. In such situations, our after-sale team will contact the customer and offer specific solutions. Customers have the right to request a refund (covering the product value and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving any email notification.
Please take clear photos in good lighting of items reported, as well as using a ruler or measuring tool, to high light any size discrepancy. This reduces the possibility of disputes. Following submission of the photos to our customer service team, we will provide a reply as soon as possible. This normally requires 2-3 business days. According to our RMA criteria, deviation from the original size must exceed 2CM for custom made items; for non-custom made items, the deviation must exceed 3CM. Following RMA authorization from the after-sale team, please return the item back to us using the address provided. Customers must cover the shipping fee for the package return. BellaDorsi.com will provide a partial refund upon receipt of the return package. Customers should also provide all relevant tracking information to us.
